Hunny Nanny Agency (“the Agency”) provides nanny referral and matching services intended to assist families in finding candidates for private household employment. This Welcome Packet is intended solely as an informational and marketing resource and does not constitute a contract, guarantee, or legal obligation between the Agency and the Client.

While we take great care in our screening and referral process—including background checks, reference verifications, and interviews—the Agency does not guarantee:

• The performance, behavior, or long-term success of any candidate;

• That any candidate will meet all preferences or expectations;

• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties, including references or background data.

Final hiring decisions, employment terms, supervision, and management of the nanny are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Agency does not employ any nanny referred through our service, and we are not a party to any employment agreement between the Client and the nanny.

The descriptions and language within this packet—such as “high standards” or “candidates we would feel comfortable with our own children”—are intended to communicate our values and approach but should not be interpreted as legal warranties or performance guarantees.

By engaging our services, Clients acknowledge and accept that all employment decisions carry inherent risk and that Hunny Nanny Agency's role is limited to the referral and vetting of candidates.
